The certification requirements are:
- The pass mark for all quizzes is 75%
- If you do not pass a quiz within the first two (2) attempts - that quiz is graded as a fail.
- If you fail more than three (3) quizzes, then you do not meet the requirements for certification and will not be issued with a certificate.
Additional attempts are allowed for learning purposes; however, only the first two attempts per quiz count toward certification eligibility.
Certificates are issued only to students who meet these academic requirements. Purchasing a certificate does not override eligibility criteria.

It is a mark of external quality assurance, confirming that:
- The student’s course provider is fully accredited by ITEFLAC
